Baby
Acne and Infant Acne
Baby acne and
infant acne are
considered an alarming state especially for parents who
desire of only what’s best for their children. There are few
distinctions when it comes to baby acne and infant acne
though both have very close similarities. Baby acne
is a condition that usually occurs after birth. On
the other hand, infant acne is a skin condition
occurring at an early stage of 3 months and up. While
some have been associating this type of skin problem to
proper hygiene, it is still important to properly determine
and point out where this skin condition originated.

There are a lot of factors
considered as the main sources of acne on infant and
newborns. This can be in the form of rashes developed
from washing routines and the use of soaps not suitable
for infants. There are products that may lead to skin
irritations and should therefore be taken with cautious
act so as not to lead to worse conditions. Babies and
infants have very sensitive skin and would require
the use of mild soap and water to avoid skin acne.
Baby acne can also be
caused through bacteria from people they come in contact
with. Babies are loved to be cuddled, kissed and hugged and
being with adults that are exposed to too much microbes
could pass this on to infants. Therefore, you should be
aware to take in extra precautions when dealing with babies,
these little ones are very prone to bacteria and it is of
prime importance to protect them from infant acnes and
rashes.
